Previously, Ray had a 30-year career as a vice president of sales, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies and seamlessly engaged with a range of people, from the front-line employees to top executives.
Ray is a Highlands Certified Consultant, Certified Career Development Specialist and Certified Financial Planner. He has two master’s degrees — one in personal finance from Kansas State University and one from University of Illinois-Chicago — and a bachelor’s from Northeastern Illinois University.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending time with family and friends, leisure travel (especially in his RV), golfing and giving back to the community.
