She works with students grades 9 through 12 in a variety of settings including mental health counseling, academic advising, small groups, classroom lessons, and college and career counseling. Finding the best fit for each student’s future is at the heart of everything she does- she takes pride in assisting all her students in developing the best individual post graduation plan for them. She is an NHS sponsor, and has been twice named as a Faculty Honoree at her high school‘s annual Academic Excellence Reception.

Prior to becoming a school counselor, she has spent many years working in the mental health field as a youth support worker and case manager since graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2006 from Evangel University in Springfield, MO. She has always loved working with adolescents, and working with them in those roles inspired her to become a school counselor. She earned her M.Ed in school counseling from Fitchburg State University in MA and has been working in public education ever since.

She lives in central Massachusetts with her husband, young daughter and elderly dog. In addition to being passionate about education and mental health, Elizabeth loves art and enjoys sculpting and painting as a way to decompress in her free time.
